We pride ourselves on being approachable and down-to-earth, and providing practical, business-focused and timely advice.
We keep our overheads low so that we can put our time and energy into getting to know you, and doing the best job that we can for you at an affordable rate.
When it comes to fees, we do things differently from the big law firms. We don’t charge in 6 minute units or charge to come and see you. We structure our fees and payment schedules to suit our clients – whether that be fixed-fees for specific projects, fixed monthly retainers for ongoing legal work, or daily rates for secondments (when you need a lawyer on the ground for projects or overflow work).

Amanda is an experienced commercial lawyer, with over 10 years experience practising in the specialist fields of intellectual property and technology law in both boutique and large firms.
Her passion for the arts and the creative industries drove her desire to practice in this niche area, and the fact that she loves what she does, and loves what her clients do, is evident in her work.
Amanda prides herself on being able to provide her clients’ with strategic and creative commercial advice based on an understanding about how her clients’ businesses work and the environment within which they operate.
When she’s not poring over legal contracts, Amanda can usually be found indulging her passion for fashion, food and art on Melbourne’s northside.
